What's the minimum order?

Most custom orders start at 10 mats. For very small orders (1–9 mats), we can discuss options. Pricing improves significantly at 25+, 50+, and 100+ quantities.

How long does production take?

Standard timeline is 6–8 weeks from approved design to finished mats ready to ship. Expedited production (3–5 weeks) is available at an additional cost. We can discuss rush options if you have an urgent deadline.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. If you don't have artwork, our design team can help develop your concept. Design costs vary based on complexity. We also work with the artwork you provide if you already have designs ready.

What materials are available?

We work with TPE (eco-friendly, prints beautifully), natural rubber (premium, excellent grip), and PVC (affordable option). Material choice affects cost, grip, durability, and print quality. We can recommend based on your project.

What's included in the quote?

Quotes include per-unit mat cost, design services (if applicable), printing setup, proofing rounds, and production. Shipping is typically quoted separately. We'll provide a detailed breakdown of all costs before you commit.

Can I see a sample before ordering 100+ mats?

Absolutely. For larger orders, we can send a physical sample mat before full production. This gives you a real sense of feel, grip, and print quality. Sample costs are minimal and often waived for bulk orders.

How do I pay and what are the payment terms?

Payment details are provided with your quote. Typical payment structure: 50% deposit to begin production, 50% balance before shipping. Exact terms can be discussed based on your project size.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We have quality standards and defect allowances. If there are manufacturing issues, we address them. Quality concerns should be reported within 7 days of receiving your mats. We stand behind our work.
